The implicit and explicit fears in this remake are almost identical to those in the original version with two additions
The additional implicit fear was the protagonist not being able to protect her son as a snatched body. Even though she had no proof she couldn't care for him properly her maternal instinct and fear of the snatched bodies lead her to believe she wouldn't be able to look after her son correctly and would be unable to do her duty as a parent and protect her child.
The additional explicit fear is that her son had been snatched, even though she hadn't seen it with her own eyes she had seen other snatched bodies and didn't want to see her son turn out the same way. This fear drove her to find him as fast as possible and run/hide from the snatchers. As the clip from above shows, she finally gets her son back and embraces him, you can see the fear on her face disappear as she realises he hasn't been snatched
